​How can we take them seriously if a single mistake can bring down such a large portion of the internet? ​If you’re still reading, here’s the reality: incidents like this will happen again. People make mistakes, and we learn from them. ​AWS will learn from this — and so can you. Either you accept that these incidents are part of operating at scale, or you build greater resilience into your own systems to minimize their impact. ​So, what will you be doing tomorrow?
